Local 3090 Takes Part in Labor Day Parade
President Gates, along with several AFSCME Local unions participated in the 2025 Labor Day Parade in Los Angeles. 1,000s of union brothers and sisters marched in solidarity honoring the social and economical contributions of American workers.

President Gates, Vice-President Murillo and Political Legislative action Committee Chair Gabrielle Earl attended the 2025 “El Grito” Mexican Independence Day Celebration in downtown Los Angeles, hosted by City Councilwoman Eunisses Hernandez.
